Terrible. We went inside after having a terrible experience at the Dairy Queen down the road. The actual building itself is nice and newly refurbished. However, the girl who decided to take our order after 5 minutes of staring at us and looking around for someone else to do it. Then when she was taking our order, she started yelling at another customer that seemed to be an acquaintance who was threatening to fight her? She of course messed up our order and charged us double for one of our meals. Then, of the 10 people working, no one could figure out how to work the register to process a refund. The manager that was working first offered a full refund then realized we were only double charged and took back her offer which at that point we were just ready to be done and leave that place. Terrible service and terrible food. DO NOT GO HERE.
McD's is shifting focus away from families it seems (all, not just this one). Many have already eliminated playgrounds, for example, like this one. One really frustrated us about this one as we were simply passing through town was that there were no baby changing stations in either bathroom! Fine service otherwise, but nothing exciting.
I am a frequent customer and would like to commend staff for fast and efficient work during a very busy Sunday night after Thanksgiving.
The signature bbq sweet bacon is a pleasant addition to the menu. We used the drive thru-it was speedy and the order was accurate.
