If I could leave 0 Stars I definitely would. My mother-in-law was just switched over to home hospice care. When I notified Childress oxygen they agreed to come pick up their equipment. When they arrived they asked about a wheelchair and nebuliser. I told them yes we had them but I thought that we kept those since the Dr had wrote a script for them. I assumed Medicare covered the full cost. Which was my mistake but nonetheless she would be without until hospice was able to replace them. Mind you we live in Northfield (30 miles from Childress towards Matador) and the hospice for this area is out of Lubbock. I of coarse immediately called and let hospice know what we needed and that it was urgent. Then I asked if they would allow us to keep them until the others arrived. After which we would bring the items back to them. Due to the fact that my mother in law has COPD and the breathing treatments were critical for her. Especially considering she is in her last weeks according to her stage of COPD. The employee that was here was very kind but had to contact the owner Gaylenn to ask. He said they could not because something about medicare. So they left my mother in law without. She cannot walk the wheelchair is how I get her to the bathroom. Which is not near as important as the 4 breathing treatments she needs per day.
