I switched to State Farm in Childress because Farmers in Quanah wasn't a good fit.
Yeah, Si put the screws to me. It's been a year, my rate dropped.... LMFAO. I contacted Si, he says to me "Randy, I was incorrect about your rate changing at the next renewal (January.) This rate will remain in place until the July 2018 renewal. Unfortunately, the alternative is to try somewhere else for a year then we’ll probably be able to offer our best rate as long as there are no claims." Si my friend, YOU REALLY NEED TO KNOW YOUR JOB!!!! Or maybe you do and I was the lamb. Thanks for fking me.
So me being open-minded I thought " well I could have contacted them when my card expired." I needed insured, I called Si. He said my rates would nearly double, but after a year they would drop back down to what they were. I'm thinking " Any company would have me over a barrel without being insured and Si is local."

Little did I know State Farm would and did drop the ball (my debt card expired and I was not contacted). I didn't discover this for 3 or 4 mos. Damn!!! I contacted Si and he said they tried to contact me..... hmmm. I got 2 perfectly good cellphones and uninterrupted service and voicemail.... No call.
