My son has been locked up bout 3 months now... I have spoken 2 officers the d.a. not listening... Was told by an officer 2 speak 2 hardeman county... Still no help sad part I only wanted my child 2 get help instead a felony charge....
My husband was arrested in this county. When I called to inquire about why he was arrested they were rude to me, lied to me and told me I had to get a bondsman out there to get him out. We live 300 miles away, he was on his way to Amarillo to visit his cousin. How am I supposed to get a bondsman out there? I find one get in my car drive 3 1/2 hours to pay the bondsman. When my husband got released they kept the cash he had in his wallet and refused to return it. They man handled him, held a tazer to his head. My husband has many health issues including MS. When he requested a phone call to get his meds they refused. Today we have been calling all day to try and talk to someone with rank and they refuse to transfer us or give us a number to contact someone. This town is as crooked as they come. We drove 6 hrs home just to avoid driving back through this county. We will seek alternative routes to go visit family for now on.
My daughter is there for another county and she ordered commissary. She hasn't gotten it yet and now they are taking her back to the county she was sentenced in. So they will not refund my money that i put on her books, and also she will not get the commissary she ordered because they are returning to her to the county she fell out of to pull chain. So the way I see it this is stealing from the family who send money to them. I am sure they will still be able to sleep at night because they don't give a rats ass about other peoples money. After all they will probable set on their ass and eat what they the inmate ordered. m And they wonder why the community around them doesn't have any faith in them. They are just like the people they lock up. No Better!
Crooked as they come. My brother was pulled over for speeding while we were returning from Thanksgiving in Texas. No big deal, he signed the ticket and payed it when he got home. A few months later he gets another bill. He calls them up and they have added an additional charge that wasn't on the original ticket. Avoid this county and these crooked cops!
This town is nothing but a trap to put people in jail over nothing and make money off of them. I have seen a person die because of Pigg and he treats prisoners like Jews during ww2. He feeds them little and makes them sit there doing nothing all day till the will take a inflated prison or probation sentence so the town can make money off them. If it wasn't for the Church smuggling me out I would have never got back to Dallas. God will judge you Pigg, probation office and state mental health.
