Mid grade....nothing fancy...ckean rooms and comfy bed...
As of the writing of this review we still occupy the room, and the night is young. We shall see how the night goes.
Really clean old school motel but with modern features. Big room, flat screen Tv, usb ports for charging. There is always someone at the front desk which is a major plus imo, I hate having to wake someone up if there is an issue.
There were lots of grasshoppers in my room, which I understand partly since I was on the ground floor. But my main disappointment came from requesting a smoke-free room and it was apparent that it had been smoke-free for a few years, but the smell was still there.
All good for a quick overnight while on the road
We stayed here on our way to Texas. The reviews we read led us to believe it was a nice hotel. They were wrong. It appeared to at least be clean, but very run down. The bathroom ceiling looked as if it were about to start leaking, the door frames were dirty, and it has a strange odor outside. The bed, however, was very comfortable. The pool was decent. Breakfast was not worth it. The biscuits and bacon were cooked in the microwave and the weren't many other options. We ended up going to the McDonalds down the street. The worker was very kind. I would not stay again.
Lady at desk was friendly and helpful. When I complained about noise from the people in the room next to ours, she vowed to give us a different room if the noise became too unbearable.
