The worst part, however, was when my family and I walked into our room to find numerous dead roaches/beetles IN THE ROOM!!! Needless to say, we canceled our stay. I will probably never consider staying in a Quality Inn from now on and I certainly would NOT recommend ever staying in this one.

Bottom line.
Very disappointed. Booked a room based on the decent google reviews. While the person behind the front desk was pleasant, the inside had a very musty/smokey odor. The outside of the building appeared to have roof damage and much of the exterior looked to be in poor shape.
My overall stay was mostly pleasant. The room and bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was pretty good. The only issue was that there was a huge rain storm that night which caused my ceiling to leak. When I woke up the next morning the area where I kept my clothes was wet. Just a fluke I'm sure. Still I would've appreciated a discount or something after I reported it and checked out.
Nice place to stay at a decent price but, come early as not to disturb the night crew, Don’t bring a lot of luggage and get your ice before you climb the stairs.

Window in room 223. Outside pane of glass broken. Right next to highway. Truck traffic all night. Make sure you get a room that isn’t on the highway side. Other than the noise, every thing else was fine.
Arrived around 6:30 pm on a Saturday eve 9/16/17 and no one was at the check in desk. Wandered around the deserted lobby till someone showed up. Used towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Light switch inside the door not connected to anything. Large offending stain on the bedspread. Water leak stains on the ceiling. 2 story motel without an elevator - had to schlepp our bags up stairs & down the hall. BTW - they advertise as handicap accessible. Bed linens smelled of either scented detergent or softener and I am allergic to all that stuff. Breakfast was disgusting. On a busy highway & very noisy. Let's just call this the No Quality Inn. Will never stay at a Quality Inn anywhere.
